Action Story Writer is an editor for creating action stories and export them to PDF. Action stories (aka solo adventures) is stories that lets the reader make decisions every now and then. The story often has multiple endings, most of them involvning the death of the main character.

You build up your story using a graphical interface where each chapter is displayed as a box and all possible choices is shown with arrows pointing to other chapter-boxes. If you double-click on a box, the chapter-form opens and you can edit both the chapter text and the decision links.

To add a new chapter, select the add-tool (by clicking on the plus button) and click where you want to add your new chapter. To add a new link, select the link-tool (by clicking on the line and arrow button) and drag a line from a chapter to another. The text you enter will be the choice displayed in the story (Ex. "If you want to enter the castle, goto"). The cpater number will be added when you export the story. You can allways edit and rearange the links/choices by opening the chapter-forum (double click on the chapter box) and select the links tab. When getting complex relations (links all over the place) it can help knowing that you can split a link by double-clik on the arrow. This will create a movable link-connection-point. To remove a link-connection-point just select the point and click on the X-button or select "delete selected objects" in the selected menu.
