User Administrator
1. Screen Sharing
Support personnel will have real-time access to a customer's PC using AnySupport's screen sharing capabilities, giving them the ability to immediately diagnose and solve problems.
2. Log Session
AnySupport sessions are logged, including the connection history and file transfer logs for easy administrator monitoring and quality of service assurance.
3. File Transferring
Support personnel can immediately download software, patches, and upgrades to a customer's system to solve any technical issues. All file transfers are logged and reported to the customer and support center administrators to ensure proper service.
Security
1. Access Code
Access codes are randomly generated and time-limited. Only the support personnel who issued the code will be able to access the customer's PC, and only after the customer has given them permission to access their PC.
2. Client Side Control
At any time, the customer can monitor the support personnel's activities and manually end the session. All activities are logged and reported to the customer at the end of the session.
3. Time Limit
After a AnySupport session has ended, the access code is eliminated, protecting access to the customer's PC and providing better security to the AnySupport server.
Additional Options
1. Sound Streaming
AnySupport can stream audio data from the customer's PC, allowing them to diagnose and solve audio problems.
