Benchmark can measure the time another process requires to complete, a Win32 command line executable. It can be used to measure the performance of command line exports in batch files.

Measures the time in milli seconds a command needs to execute
Usage: benchmark.exe "[commandline]" [-q/Q]
-q Be quiet.
-Q Be very quiet. (Only writes the time the command needs to stdout.)

The returncode of benachmark.exe is the time the execution took in seconds.
