Mailbox Rental Notification System. BoxMinder has been designed to perform a task that is missing from the Mail Box Rental Stores. This task is simple. Notify customers via email/SMS text when they have received mail in their mail boxes. This is a standalone package that will be installed on the local workstation in the store that will easily allow the attendant to process incoming mail in a swift and simple process.The process is simple and is handled in the following way.

When mail or packages are received, the attendant simply runs this software, walks over to the mail boxes with a scanner. The attendant then scans a barcode affixed to the mail box that contains mail or packages in it. This in turn tells the program to send out an email or SMS text to the owner of the box that contains mail. That is of course if the Customer has signed up for this service, otherwise the program just ignores the scan. That is all there is to it. Just point, scan, and process.

Of course there is more to it, but that is the jest of it. As far as the attendant is concerned.

This is a value added service to the Customer, which will save the Customer untimely trips to their box to check for mail. You can choose to charge the customer for this service, or you can decide to give this to your customers at no charge. The choice is yours.
