Imports CIDR formatted IP blocks into IPSec lists. CIDR to IPSec take CIDR formatted IP blocks and import them into IPSec lists so that its possible to be assigned to policies. For instance, CIDR to IPSec can be used to import IP address blocks of entire countries and continents into IPSec
If you know what IP address blocks you want to import, simply create a text file with the address range and subnet in CIDR format, one per line and import the file using CIDR to IPSec.
