You will be presented with a small dialog box into which you can type the path of the input file or collection of TIFFs (or you can use the Browse button to navigate your files.

When you select a file, you'll automatically be given a set of appropriate output formats. Click Convert to run the processing.

Please Note: this program is a Java Web Start Application, you need to right-click on the download file and choose "Launch".
