Deconvolve is a Windows program for remote batch restorations of 3D/2D confocal and widefield fluorescence images using Huygens2 from SVI on a local or remote computer.

This batch utility uses Huygens2 script on a remote computer to deconvolve a (Color/Gray) 2D/3D Tiff or ICS/IDS (Version 1) image.

Output: Deconvolved 2D/3D images with prefix r_ and in case of a 3D image a 2D maximum intensity projection with prefix r_proj
