Dialo is a utility for Cisco IP phones, allowing you to dial any number from your PC, enable you to select and dial any phone number from your computer. It works with Cisco IP phones connected to your local network and it can send several commands such as dial, end, hold on each extension you select.
Dialo Features:
1. Auto copy the Windows Clipboard in the number field, so you can dial it with two mouse clicks;
2. Four memory presets, M1 - M4, can store four Speed Dial numbers for easy access;
3. Filter for international numbers, Stay on Top and Auto Run options;

Installation

1. Install and launch the program; it tries to connect to the phone, then it'll stay minimized to tray;

2. These SIP phone options must be enabled (yes) before you can use this program:
- CTI Enable
- Linksys Key System
- Key System Auto Discovery

You can find them in the phone's configuration page ( enter phoneip in a browser and validate them)

3. A double click on the program icon from traybar will show its main window on the screen;

4. Right click on the icon, then select 'Settings'; a group of text fields will be displayed. Now enter the phone's IP in Phone address field and select the appropriate adapter IP, if there is more than one; then press 'Apply' and, in a few seconds, Status should display 'Ready to dial' if nothing goes wrong. To hide these option, simply select 'Settings' one more time.
