Events Management is database software designed to be used by small to mid size organizations to simplify the management and tracking of attendees for events and of the events themselves.
Attendee's Page: This Form lists all the information on the Attendee. Click the New Event link to register the attendee in an event. Click the Email link to send an Email to the attendee. The first time a new attendee is entered into the database, after entering all details, click the refresh button before going to the New Event page. To make a payment, highlight the required event line and click on the Total Due field, this opens the payments form.
Events Register: This Form is for your Event Registrations, enter the event particulars and on the Event Fee Schedule page enter the events charges. On the Sales page is listed all sale amounts,payment amounts and amount owing for that event, the totals automatically adjust as changes are made. To view the attendee's details, highlight the attendees line and click on the attendees name. To print an attendee's Invoice select the attendee's line on the sidebar, (an arrow will appear) and click the preview invoice button. Two copies of the invoice will automatically be printed.
Company Information: This Form is used to record your Company Information, this information is used on the reports and Client Invoices.
Payments: This is the payments Form, select a payment method from the drop down list. You can add/delete a payment methods by clicking the blue edit link. After payment details are entered, on closing the form, payment records are automatically updated and saved.
