Filter Wiz Lite uses resistors, capacitors and op amps. Provides Butterworth, Chebyshev, Elliptic and Bessel Approximations to order 10, with a variety of circuit choices. Active filter design software: lowpass, highpass, bandpass and bandstop filters.

This program will aid the user in designing active (analog) filters between order 1 and 10. To achieve this, up to two first order stages (low pass and high pass) and up to 5 second order stages (low pass, high pass, band pass and band stop) are cascaded in series, with the output of the each stage being directly connected to the input of the next stage.

Filter design is initiated by selecting the menu item Start Design and either Low pass, High pass, Band pass, Band stop, Antialiasing Low pass - A/D or User-defined. Alternatively the corresponding toolbar button can be clicked. At any point the design can be saved using the menu item File..Save Design.

There are 6 filter types available in Filter Wiz Lite:

3. Band pass
4. Band stop
5. Antialiasing low pass
6. User-defined

Limitations:
* Some circuit values are masked
