This program actualizes K10 archtecture CPU (e.g. Phenom, PhenomII, AthlonII) executes psudo CnQ.

K10 CPU architecture, and the causes of pseudo CnQ Ppoku served. The only hardware that does not support two-frequency voltage fluctuation at the stage AthlonX2 7000 series, Phenom and even CPU.
Each core, respectively, the frequency of any voltage can be switched in four stages.

Features
* Originally Phenom(not II) or Athlon7000 series support only 2 P-States, but this program enables them to change the voltage & frequency under 4 P-States.
* This program is created to appear somthing like CrystalCPUID (Thanks hiyohiyo!). If you have used CrystalCPUID, you can use this easily.

* CnQ to control the same voltage and clock (per core clock changes, the voltage to the highest value of uniform P-State)
* 2 P-State the only one which does not support Phenom / Kuma, but switchable in 4 steps
* No accepted work after returning from standby reset
* CrstalCPUID the Multiplier Management Settings screen resembling a (roughly the same usage)

* OS: Windows2000 or later (Sorry, 64bit OS is not support)
* .NET Framework 2.0 or later

Restriction:
* Now, this program is beta version. So, you use this AT YOUR OWN RISK.
* The lower limit of the voltage is 0.775V.
* When you close this program, CPU is forced to be the P0 state that you configured.
