FreeMedForms aims to be a open Electronic Medical Record Manager. FreeMedForms is also a lot of derivatives sub-project, which are just standalone compilation of FreeMedForms plugins.

The FreeMedForms project is a full set of medical applications (EMR, prescriber, drugs interaction checker) ). The project is administrated and developed by a community of medical doctors and computer scientists. The whole applications are freely available without charges and are released with the full code source.

Please Note: at the very first start up of FreeMedForms, and untill you change it, the log is fmf_admin and the password is fmf_admin too.
