GPU Observer is one Windows Desktop gadget, it can monitor the most recent stats of your NVIDIA or AMD/ATI Desktop Graphic Card. The GPU Observer sidebar gadget will allow you monitor the most recent stats of your NVIDIA or AMD/ATI Desktop Graphic Card.

It does not require any 3rd party applications. Just the latest full feature driver from your given graphic card vendor is needed.

The back end of the gadget was this completely revised and now combines the previous technologies (NVAPI / ATIADL) for determining the GPU state information into a single gadget.

The concept is based on the layout of ATI Overdrive singles gadgets. It is now possible to select the appropriate card from a list. For multiple cards, you can instantiate the gadget as often. Even the mixed mode with Windows 7, introduced by ATI and NVIDIA cards are supported. Furthermore, one can now define the areas of information displayed itself.

The standard NVIDIA gadget will give it to continue to download, but it will be not maintained. The ATI gadget is nearly obsolete with this now, and therefore removed.

The maintenance required for such a solution, each chip generation and performance of each class with some or the other components on the PCB board of each partner, is simply too enormous, and also lack of appropriate test hardware is not feasible. Any adjustments I increase the compatibility noble effort should not go beyond a certain frame easily.

All the information which can not or are not sufficiently available, unfortunately I only put off to alternative gadgets, as such, they for RivaTuner, Everest and soon also for GPU-Z is.
