Every account is automatically scanned after a specified period of time or you can press the Check for Email button (F5 key) and then if you received email messages you can be advised with a tray icon bar notifier window that will summarize the number of messages with their account names.

GREmail uses a series of tabbed pages to allow easy configuration of all options.

The Email tab lets you see your email messages, while the Accounts tab allows you to specify your POP3 accounts. The Rules tab lets you define the rules to identify important or unwanted messages. The Options tab holds the global program options.
