Household Accounting Book can help you to easily keep track of your personal or business related expenses. It enables you to easily keep track of your personal or business related expenses. The software lists and graphically evaluates your income and expenses in a very straight forward way.

1. When you enter a new item to the database, choose firstly the correct date in the date-picker. As default, the current date is selected whenever the program is started.
2. You can adapt the categories and sub categories to your personal preferences. To do so, choose "Options" from the "Tools"-menu. The options-window appears, in which you can add as many categories and sub categories as you want. To change or delete a specific category, mark the item in the list and click the corresponding button.
3. In the tab "General" you can set basic preferences of the program. You can choose the language (German or English) from the drop down menu.
4. You can also print your data. To do so, select the menu point "File" - "Print". A dialog-window will appear which gives you more opportunities to adapt the printout to your personal needs...
5. The exported *.csv files can be opened and processed with e.g. spreadsheets like MS-Excel.

Limitations:
* Shopping list feature is not available
* In addition to the monthly and yearly overviews, detailed classifications of your income and expenses are available only in the purchased version. Only the full version enables you to view the development of your income and expenses over time.
* You cannot choose a user defined time span for the graphic evaluation as well as for the print-out of your data.
* Also, only in the registered version, in additions to the data-tables, you can print the graphic views.
* You cannot keep track of your supplementary credits or bonus accounts in the demo version.
