Its attractive interface features five distinct sections: local file listing, remote listing, download queue, logging information, and an excellent toolbar. Among the program more-outstanding features are support for resumed downloads and multithreading for simultaneous file transfers. Drag and drop a few files onto our local folder, and they all start downloading at once, with separate progress meters for each. The download queue lets us visit different FTP sites while our files are being transferred, and a provided viewer lets us explore the contents of Zip and Rar archives.

FTPSearch contacts the ftpsearch.ntnu.no FTP search engine and enables us to find files on FTP servers across the Internet. LeechFTP is not being developed any further, so there wil be no support, fixes etc.
