Build applications with the help of this 3D graphics engine. Linderdaum Engine is an open source purely object-oriented 3D gaming engine written in C++. It is designed to be an integrated solution for the development of interactive 3D applications, for game, industrial and scientific visualization.

The engine source code is compatible with Microsoft Visual Studio versions 2008/2010 and Intel C++ 11+. As an alternative compiler GCC version 4.4.1+ can be used. For the Windows platform we are using MinGW (www.mingw.org).

You will need at least a GeForce 6.00 class or higher video hardware with OpenGL 2.1 (3.x is better) support to use the engine. For all-around high-performance with Linderdaum Volume Rendering Library, you definitely want the GeForce 275+/Radeon 4890+.
