MantelTester is a GUI to easily perform mutual Mantel Tests on any number of input matrices, process the results and put all that together in a standard report.
MantelTester uses the well-known Zt (www.psb.ugent.be/~erbon/mantel/) by Eric Bonnet as its backend.

Using MantelTester is meant to be very straightforward, when the program starts you are presented with a dialog where you can select the files you want to be processed. Either select each file or select an entire folder to be added to the list of files to be processed.

Take note of the order of the input files, the columns and rows of the output wil be the same.

On a seperate tab of this screen, some options may be set. By default, Manteltester will save these values as to be used in all subsequent runs.

While MantelTester is running, it will keep you informed of his status, when ready you will be able to click to OK button to proceed. This enables you to check to log for errors before proceeding.

The final screen lets you preview the report, which can be saved & copied to the clipboard. Optionally you can also save the output log you saw in the progress dialog, or a full debug log which contains every line of output by Zt.

Press Finish when done to close the program.
