OpenFLUID
|
OpenFLUID is a software platform for modelling and simulation of mass fluxes in landscapes (hydrology, pollutant, erosion, ...). This project is developped by the LISAH laboratory at INRA (French National Institute for Agricultural Research )
The OpenFLUID-engine source tree is organized as follow
1. doc/manuals : latex sources of the manuals
2. doc/API-doxygen : doxygen files for API documentation
3. doc/examples : latex sources of the examples documentation
4. resources/dist : files to include in packages for distribution
5. resources/examples : examples of simulation functions, with build system files
6. resources/func2doc : func2doc buddy resources files
7. resources/graphics : source graphics used in documentation
8. share : shared resources at runtime
9. src/apps/openfluid-engine : sources of the openfluid-engine application
10. src/openfluid : sources of the support libraries and API
11. tests : data, sources and configuration for testing using CTest
The required libraries are:
for openfluid libraries:
- C++ STL
- Boost (system, filesystem)
- libXML2
- Glibmm
for openfluid-engine application:
- openfluid libraries
- C++ STL
- boost (system, filesystem, program_options, date_time, regex)
for openfluid-builder application:
- openfluid libraries
- C++ STL
- Boost
- Gtkmm
For unit testing, the boost test framework is also required (unit_test_framework)
For building Latex documents, required tools and packages are:
- pdflatex
- latex2html
- packages: a4wide, babel, ltxtable, pgf/tikz, tabularx, verbatim
- fonts: cmbright
