Ordering and Inventory is a Stock Control database system. The Ordering and Inventory software package is a Stock Control database system designed to be used by small to mid size organisations to simplify the management and tracking process of stock levels and customer orders in an organisation.

Ordering and Inventory setup is easy and straight forward, it should take no more than 10 minutes.

After installing the Ordering and Inventory DB from the installation exe., Open Ordering and Inventory from the desktop icon or from the start menu, you will be presented with the Administration Page.

At this time it is recommended you set up you database, you do this by filling in your Business Details in the Your Company Information form. These details are used on your invoices and reports.

Fill in the Supplier form with any supplier you have and the Product Form with their products you carry.

Fill in the Shipping Method form, this has been preloaded with some detail, you can delete this information or add more by pressing the star button at the bottom of the form.

Fill in the Employee form, with your employee details.

All reports when opened can be printed from the print button on the menu bar if there is any information, if the report holds no information the report will not open. The reports can be magnified by left clicking the mouse on any area of the report.
