Parameters:
-i<filename> input PDF file filename
-o<filename> output PDF file filename
-f<pdf output folder> destination folder, the source file title is
used for output pdf file title
-x<xml input filename> input bookmark file
-e<bookmark xml output filename> output bookmark file
-update updates bookmark in pdf file from -x bookmark filename

Limitations:
* *TRIAL* text is added to some random bookmark names
