This software is dedicated to store chemical information in a local or network-accessible MySQL database, and perform various analysis using simple and advanced chemoinformatics methods.

Sample data used by the quickstart guide are available in the sample-data/ directory of this archive.

The layout.zip contains configuration files to setup a more friendly window layout upon the very first start of SA2.

Here is a list of the main functionalities available in SA2:
1. Store you molecules in a MySQL Database. Duplicates are managed through the IUPAC InChI identifier
