Speex frontend is a GUI to help you use Speex. Speex is a free, open source, multi-platform, speech codec. It's a console program and many Windows users don't like to work in the console (DOS-box). That's why I made Speex frontend. The frontend makes a batch file for speexenc.exe or speexdec.exe and executes it. You need the Speex binaries to do the actual coding. They are not included with the frontend.

The license of this software is Freeware, you can free download and free use this audio utility software.
