StickerCam is an add-on for webcam enabled applications that allows you to insert stickers, frames, text overlays and other effects into your video chat conversations. You can choose from a variety of sticker categories and simply drag the item into place to insert it into your live webcam broadcast. You can also use the program to broadcast previously recorded .avi files, or to record an ongoing video chat session. Other features include options to apply digital zoom and panning as well as several special effects. StickerCam works with most video messengers, including Live Messenger, Skype, Yahoo! and others.
