The Tro GPS Simulator uses the international standardized protocol NMEA-0183 for GPS data exchange. This standard is specified by the National Marine Electronics Association and contains mechanisms to exchange data in an interoperable way. The Tro GPS Simulator provides the simulation of a GPS receiver Serial port (RS232).
