Unpivot Tool is a tool for pivot tables, read in a delimited text file in crosstab format (aka PivotTable or pivot table) and write out a new file where the data has been unpivotted. By default, the first column is treated as the "Fixed" column, but this can be customized with the /F option.

Example syntax:
UnpivotTable.exe /I:ExamplePivotTable.txt /F:2 /B /N
