Vallen e-Mailer is a small, easy to use e-mail client to deliver newsletters. It can send e-mails to an unlimited list of recipients. The list of recipients needs to be provided by a simple ASCII file (we can not add individual email addresses manually). Emails are delivered to each recipient separately, not in bulk format. The program also performs a basic validation of the email address (format) and keeps a log of every message sent. Optional attachments, html format and SMTP authorization are supported as well. In addition, Vallen e-Mailer is free for us and it does not contain any adware or spyware, so we can use it safely and undisturbed. 6. To send an HTML mails we have to create the HTML code first with any HTML editor. When finished, change the Tab on the main page to HTML Text and paste the plain HTML code into it. The HTML code must start with the tag end with tag. Please also provide in the Plain Text tab some text for those recipients who cannot display the HTML code properly.

7. The current MHTML (MIME HTML) standards allows us to attach images and reference them inside the HTML body. Vallen e-Mailer implements a simplified version of this feature.

8. Each attached file gets a simple "Content-ID" (the filename without path, displayed in a column for easier usage). Any of this file (only images really make sense) can be reference in the HTML code using this construct: "cid:" (without "<>").

9. If we have finished all preparations just click on Send to start the sending process. The Vallen e-Mailer will create for each address from the list a separate email with the subject, text, and attachments specified. These emails will be sent to the mail server entered in the Setup. We need a connection to this mail server in order to perform this task properly.

10. If you want to send plain text mails without HTML code, then you can ignore the tab HTML Text. Simply paste your code into tab Plain Text and that's it. The Vallen e-Mailer will create a log-file in the default Windows Temp directory. We can click on the Log button to see this log-file.

11. Additional features of Vallen e-Mailer include: Simple configuration of sender, mail server, return address, and others. Import any number of e-mail-addresses from an ASCII list. We can send multipart/alternative messages with Vallen e-Mailer and include attachments and much more.
