INSTALLATION: Vised 1.1 is distributed as a self-extracting archive file, vised11.exe. To install Vised:
1. Create a directory and copy the distribution file to it.
2. Run vised11.exe from the DOS command line, or the windows run command.
3. Use the windows program manager to create a new group for vised, or use an existing group.
4. Add the vised icon to the group using the program manager 'add item' command.

Please Note: this program can not support Windows 7 (64-bit)
