WebTimer will total up the amount of time you spend on the Internet while providing a detailed log of connection times and users.

A shortcut should be placed in your Start-Programs-Start Up folder so that WebTimer is run whenever Windows is loaded. When Executed WebTimer will place an icon in the system tray where you can right click on it to access all of the Applications options. You can also double click on the icon to automatically connect to or disconnect from the internet (uses default connection).

WebTimer also creates a Log file of its progress which can be accessed through the pop-up menu. In this log file you will find times of connections and also user identities for the connections.

If you find that the computer starts running slow as a result of installing this application, then increase both the Check Frequency and Save Frequency found on the WebTimer's main window. The higher the frequencies the lower the amount of processing required by the application.

Webtimer also has an alarm feature. This can also be set on the Main Window and will show a message when you are connected to the internet for a greater or equal time to the one specified.
