WebWallpaper is a Wallpaper changer which supports the display of changing Webcam-Pictures. WebWallpaper periodically downloads the newest/latest image from any Webcam or any specified Url on the Internet, stores it to a file on your hard disk and sets it as current wallpaper (desktop background). Webcam urls and hard disk file paths are stored in a list.
