gCLUTO (Graphical CLUstering TOolkit) is a graphical front-end for the CLUTO data clustering library. Graphical Clustering Toolkit. gCLUTO is a cross-platform graphical application for clustering low- and high-dimensional datasets and for analyzing the characteristics of the various clusters. gCLUTO is build on-top of the CLUTO clustering library.

gCLUTO provides tools for visualizing the resulting clustering solutions using tree, matrix, and an OpenGL-based mountain visualization.

gCLUTO has the following features:
1. A project tree view that manages data files, clustering solutions, and visualizations.
2. Detailed dialogs for choosing clustering options
3. spreed sheet interface for viewing data
4. HTML interface for viewing solutions.
5. Matrix Visualization - A colored interactive matrix
6. Mountain Visualization - a 3D visualization generated using Multidimensional Scaling.
7. Printing and Exporting data and visualizations
