FQT - Free Query Tool is tool for querying SQL databases. Tool for enhanced querying SQL databases.

Connect to database
To open new database connection press left Alt + c shortcut, or press Tools > Connect from menu. You have to fill all informations like connection name, host, port, SID, user. If password is not filled, it is not saved and have to be entered everytime when connecting to database

After save button is pressed connection is stored to file and shown in table. Checkbox showns whether password is saved for connection or not.

If there is row selected in connection table buttons Connect, Edit and Delete are enabled. Use Connect button to create new connection with database, Edit button to change connection properties. Delete button removes saved connection from table and also from file.

Connection name is unique in connection table. You can use Edit button to create new connection with similar properties (for example same database, just different user), but it have to be saved under another connection name. Edit button can be used to save password for connection also. When saving connection with same name, you have to confirn you want to replace existing connection.
