GetSystemInfo can obtain system information required for removal of technical problems. It obtain system information required for removal of technical problems originated while using of Kaspersky Lab ZAO software products and, in particular, originated from conflicts between Kaspersky Lab ZAO software products and other vendors' software.

The Get System Info utility is used to collect system information in order to troubleshoot technical issues. It is used in a variety of ways:
1. Detection of incompatible software
2. Detection of possible malware on the system (both known and unknown)
3. Program function errors (installation, use, uninstall etc.)

The utility works in conjunction with the online parser, which takes all of the information in the log file created and parses this into easily readable tab form online. This functionality means that users with limited computer experience can trouble shoot an issue on their own.

With the log file created with the GSI utility, you can upload this file to our parser online located at www.getsysteminfo.com.

1. Click on the Browse Button
2. Browse to the log file located on your desktop
3. Select the file and then Open
4. Select the Submit Button
If logged in, You will notice a "Home", "History", "Mine", and "Modify my account" tabs in the top left corner of the screen.
