Transfer files from and to the internal HDD. The Hmx 5050c is a powerful HD capable cable PDR, and can be used to simultaneously
record up to 2 SD or HD programs. The software of the PVR allows the user to transfer
content from and to the PVR using one of the available interfaces:
1. USB ports
2. Ethernet port

The box uses a single program transport stream (SPTS) format to store the content on the
storage device.
Unfortunately, the PVR will not playback SPTS files that are not accompanied by the required
metafiles on the same storage device:
1. An index file required for trick modes and indexing into the SPTS.
2. An event-info file, describing the PSI info, normally available in the DVB stream.

A 5050c compliant meta file format should be:
Eventname_Datestring_Timestring.ext
With the extension ts (SPTS file), nts (index file) and hmt (event info file).
Example:
* Battlefront_ Fall of Poland_20090420_2029.ts
* Battlefront_ Fall of Poland_20090420_2029.nts
* Battlefront_ Fall of Poland_20090420_2029.hmt

The program will come up with the next screen to allow selection of the SPTS file. The user can either browse to a SPTS file, or drag and drop a MPEG-2 SPTS file from an Explorer window into the dialog window. A log-file can be opened, with a simple log-level to reduce the amount of data generated
during the process.
