Mail For You is a fully integrated out of box emailing solution, enabling overall communication campaigns design and management. Mail For You Base is a efficient and easy to use e-mailing software.

1. Message definition either in text or HTML format. Message integration from HTML Editors such as: Dreamweaver, NVU, Golive, Front Page...
2. Recipient list definition through direct editing or imports from your contact and customer databases.
3. Message customization by inserting dedicated information for any recipient like his Name, title, company, etc...
4. Possibility to send files attached to the overall recipient list or to some specific recipients. This option is very useful to send automated invoices, specific price list or any other specific or confidential information to the appropriate recipients
5. Route, with a clear status about each email sent.
6. Reporting campaign analysis to measure performance and get details information (such as: number of email sent, read, faulty, number of links checked, remove list...)
7. Reports edition, analysis export (for data extraction and treatment with external tools)

Mail For You enables detail and powerful tracking functions (visualuation of email read, open, faulty, removed, but also links visited and more...). To put it place efficient tracking, we recommend to use a specific sender email address to split emailing campaigns activities to your personal email account.

Mail For You is available in either "Base", "Professional" or "Enterprise" release. The Enterprise version was developped to be used in an networking mode, with a huge amount of email to be sent and for a collaborative work accross the enterprise.

Emailing message definition
1. The message can either be created in HTML or TEXT format with any standard software editor.
2. MFY integrates also a text editor to modify and customize the message
3. Launch your favorite HTML editor to create and modify graphically the message
4. Define the rules for each graphical objects used in the message.
5. Visualize the message before launching the campaign visualizing the core message with the custom objects for each recipient.
6. Define the sender identity and the reply email address for each campaign

Define recipients list
1. Import any type of contacts databases (customer, qualify leads, prospects..),
2. Compatible with any most format (ACCESS, EXCEL, ORACLE, DB2, SQL SERVER, FILEMAKER PRO, DBASE, Others ...)
3. Define contact extraction criteria with several filters, to optmiize recipient list.
4. "Remove list" management, to get out any contact who doesn't want to be routed anymore.

Message customization
1. Insert customize information from the contact database into the core message to increase the message efficiency (company name, contact name, title )
2. Insert other type of message like special terms for people who wants to be removed from the emailing list.
3. Attach all type of files to the message (common files for all recipients or specific files for each recipient)
