Send an alert via email, if a certain socket/TCP-connection-changes state on the PC running the MailOnSocketChange application

A very simple .NET solution, to help you monitor local socket connections.
It requires Windows and .NET 3.5, and an SMTP-email-server, such as smtp.gmail.com
