There are 6 major areas for storing data: Fast Info, People, Commercial, Dates & Events, MIM Notes and My Stuff. They all share the same operating principles. Example: to view or edit data, click the name on the treeview to the left of the page.
My Information Manager can be password protected. To set a password go to the main menu and type it in. Whenever My Information Manager starts under password protection you will be asked for the password before you can see or work with any of your information.
If you lose your password, it is lost. PinderSoft does not recover passwords. So you will have to reinstall the program and overwrite your data.
To the right of the main page there is an Alert and a ToDo tab. In the ToDo tab you can enter data manually. The Alert list is filled from data you enter elsewhere in the program.
In the Configuration page you can change the behavior of certain functions within My Information Manager, to include adding and editing the different categories you use. And how the different pages show their data when they are stated within the program.
