Oligo Analyzer is a powerful tool to determine primer properties, determine primer properties like Tm, GC%, primer loops, primer dimers and primer-primer compatibility. All you have to do is to paste or type primer sequence and let to Oligo Analyzer calculate all important primer properties mentioded above.

How to use?
1. New project. Deletes all defined primers and erase results.
2. Saves results or project
3. Opens 'Oligo Analyzer project' file (oap)
4. Print results
5. Primers page (here you define primers for analyses)
6. Write notes for project. Notes will be saved in 'Oligo Analyzer project' file.
7. Define analyse conditions
8. Only those primers that have been checked will be included in multiplex analysis. By default all new primers are checked.
9. Deletes the primer entry
10. Primer sequence
11. Primer name
12. Analyses primer properties
13. Compares the primer to other primers
14. Performs primer pair comparison. Choose one of the currently defined primer entries from drop down list. Push 'Pair with' button to perform primer pair comparison.
15. Reverse primer
16. Compares all primers to each other
17. Adds a new primer entry to panel
