Make sure the ciruses have been removed before running re-enable for best results however if you do run re-enable with virused still running the viruses may undo re-enables repairs.

Re-Enable Portable version runs on any pc or laptop that doesn't have .net framework installed because the .net framework is included in the code, this is why the size is larger then the normal exe. Re-Enable Portable don't need .net framework on you pc.
