Click the MENU then click NEW and enter the name of the client. The client name will appear in the drop down menu. Enter some information about the task we are working on in the big white area, then click "PUNCH IN". When we are ready to take a break, click on the cigarette (or coffee cup depending on our preference). When we return from our break, click the cigarette or coffee cup again to resume the job. We can change the break icon to either a cigarette or coffee cup in the OPTIONS button on the MENU. When we are all done with our project, click MENU then REPORT to get a summary of all the tasks for the selected client. The report rounds the time spent on each task to 30 minute increments. We can change this option by clicking in the OPTIONS section of the MENU.
