Work/Break Cycle Timer is a sidebar gadget, show work time, alarm time, and break time. This timer has three parts: work time, alarm time, and break time. Once started, it will continually cycle automatically from work time to break time and back after the alarm goes off for the designated length.

Usage:
Hours, minutes, and seconds are set very easily by clicking and dragging each field up and down with the mouse. The times on the alarm are configurable "on the fly".

The bottom left button cycles through the three stages of the alarm to adjust their times, "work" (white), "alarm length" (red), and "break time" (blue). Colors and sound can be changed in the tools.
