FASTA BLAST Scan's features
Input
1. FASTA BLAST Scan can process two types of nucleotide alignment:
* FASTA Alignment Example of FASTA output
* BLAST Alignment Example of BLAST output
2. FASTA BLAST Scan is compatible with the following versions of FASTA and BLAST:
* FASTA program from "Pearson package" at ftp://ftp.virginia.edu/pub/fasta (versions 3.1, 3.2, 3.3t07 and 3.4t10)
* BLASTN from NCBI server (www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/BLAST/) (version 2.2.6 [Apr-09-2003])
The maximum number of sequences in alignment is 10000.

Output
The selected sequences can be saved in:
* Multi-sequence FASTA format that can be directly aligned with the CLUSTALW program
* Query anchored format
