Guanxi is a robust analysis and simulation application for social network analysts. An accessible tool that allows researchers in the field to create, import, and export an endless array of networks, analyze their structure, and run custom dynamics over them.

Basic Usage:
1. To open a network, choose File->Open Network and choose a GraphML file. This GraphML file must have belief, heard, and group attributes specified. Look at the example graphs for more information.
2. To create a new network, choose File->New Network and follow the wizard.
3. To view the degree distribution of a network, select the network in the tree on the left and then select Statics->Distributions->Degree
4. To run a simulation of the dialogue model of rumor transmission, select Dynamics->Simulate->Dialogue Model (RIT) and follow the wizard. Selecting Simulation as a simulation type will create a single simulation of the model. Selecting Experiment and setting the subsequent parameters will create an experiment consisting of repeated simulations over a varying parameter set.
5. To analyze the dialouge model select any of a number of options from the Dynamics->Analysis->Dialogue Model menu. If you are analyzing a single simulation you must select the simulation first from the data tree on the left. If you are analyzing an experiment parameter, select that parameter on the left.
