Magnetic variation and great circle course calculator. MagVar computes and displays magnetic variation for anywhere in the world between 60 deg. N and 80 deg. S. This version is functionaly identical to the applet displayed in Almanac On-Line but written as a stand alone program to run on your own computer.

How to use:
1. Move the mouse to: Read off the latitude/longitude coordinates and magnetic variation
2. Click the LEFT mouse button to: Mark a start point
3. Click the RIGHT mouse button to: Mark a destination and display the course and distance from the start point
4. Double click a mouse button to: Delete the previously marked points
5. Press ESCape to: Close the program down
