A Tool for the Alignment of Metabolic Pathways. MetaPAT help you with the alignment of metabolic pathways.
For given pattern and host pathway, it finds all high-scoring homeorphisms between the
pattern and a subgraph of the host. Scoring is performed by calculating the similarity between two aligned enzymes using a scoring scheme introduced by Tohsato et al.
MetaPAT uses the fit-match algorithm as described in [4]. It features a graphical user interface for an easy setup of algorithm parameters. The results can be viewed in the internal viewer and exported in various image formats.
