Two-dye microarray data sets analysis made easy. MicroSim is an analysis of the effect of systematic errors on the use of Microarray experiment.

MicroSim is a java application for analysis the effect of systematic errors on the two-dye microarray data sets, by using self-normalization method. It allows specific comparison of true intensity of simulated microarray data set with normalized intensity while additive and multiplicative errors have been removed using a dye-flip technique.
