Molegro Molecular Viewer (MMV) is an application for studying and analyzing how ligands interact with macromolecules. Molecules visualization made easy.

MMV can be used to:
1. Inspect docking results consisting of high-scoring poses found by Molegro Virtual Docker (MVD) - the molecular docking software product offered by Molegro.
2. Inspect and visualize molecular structures obtained from other sources, such as the Protein Data Bank.

This manual describes various aspects of MMV from how to use the GUI, importing, preparing, and visualizing molecules to inspecting and analyzing docking results from Molegro Virtual Docker.

Please Note: The main focus of MVD and MMV is on studying protein-ligand interactions. MMV is currently not supporting DNA and RNA molecules. It is possible to import DNA and RNA molecules in MMV but they will appear as ligand molecules.
