Principal Component Analysis made easy. PCAGEN is a computer package for windows which perform Principal Component Analysis (PCA) on gene frequency data. Graphical ordinations of samples is provided and the graph can be saved. The program also tests using randomizations the significance of total inertia as well as individual axes inertia.

I have put here a very preliminary release of PCAGEN. The help file is a shamble, and I am currently working on the manuscript describing the method. It should be ready soon. If you still want to try it, go ahead, but no guarantee.
