Delete negative concentrations from TACs with this utility. dftrmneg help you delete negative concentrations from TACs. Negative values are replaced by zeroes.
This tool is command based so dont expect any fancy graphical user interface to guide you through the whole process. So, To customize your TAC files, take dftrmnegfor a spin and check out its capabilities.
Usage: dftrmneg [Options] <DFT file(s)>
Options:
-L=<lower limit>
Lower limit for concentration values; by default 0.
-U=<upper limit>
Upper limit for concentration values; by default none.
-replaceby=<limit|NA>
When value is outside limits, is it replaced by the limit value (default), or marked as NA (not available).
-del
If all values in a row (frame) are outside limits or NA, the frame is deleted from file.
-h or --help
Print this message and exit.
--version or --build
Print software build information and exit.
--silent
Program works silently, printing only error and warning messages.
--verbose
Program prints more information about what it is doing.
