Calculate sum-of-squares with this utility. dftsums help you calculate the sum-of-squares (SS) of difference between two TACs.
The procedure is:
1. interpolate data2 to sample times in data1
2. calculate the square of difference at each sample time of data1
3. calculate the sum of squares

This tool is command prompt based so you shoudnt expect any fancy interface to guide you through the whole analysis process.

Usage:
dftsums [Options] <Datafile1> <Datafile2> [Output file]

Options:
-v[ersion]
-build
Print build information and exit.
-h[elp]
Print this text and exit.
-silent
Work silently; only warnings and error messages are printed in stdout.
